UGA Parade of Champions: Players sign autographs, pump up the crowd of fans
The Georgia Bulldogs championship football parade contained slowly through the UGA campus. Fans walked out on the route to greet players.
ATHENS, Ga. - The Georgia Bulldogs are celebrating back-to-back state championships with fans on Saturday in Athens.
Georgia forced the first major college football program in a decade to relate as champs with a victory over the No. 3 TCU Horned Frogs.
Thousands of fans made the pilgrimage to Athens and Sanford Stadium for championship parade in 2022. The instant parade drew similar crowds.

The parade contained slowly down Lumpkin Street with head coach Kirby Smart and his people in the front, followed by Hairy Dawg.
The parade route started on Lumpkin Street in front-runner of the University of Georgia Athletics Complex. It contained northeast along Lumpkin Street and ends at Baxter Street.

The pleasant cars reached the end of the parade route by near 1:10 p.m.
Fans packed the Tate Center Plaza near Sanford Drive and the gates to the stadium as team members walked in for the ceremony.

The Georgia Bulldogs' head coach high-fived fans as the team followed gradual into Sanford Stadium.
Sanford Stadium amenities began at 2 p.m. Tickets went on sale to the republican at 9 a.m. Thursday through the UGA athletics website and sold out shortly after.
Season effect holders, faculty, staff and student ticket holders all had the opportunity to affirm tickets beforehand.
